Cilor is a typical West Javanese snack made from starch or what is commonly called "aci" in Sundanese. Cilor itself is an acronym for aci and eggs are cooked in a way covered with eggs. You can easily get this snack on the side of the road for a cheap price, but if you want to make it yourself it's very easy.

Making Cilor is not too complicated and you will even get a very hygienic Cilor because it is made by your own hands, of course you really pay attention to the health of the cilor you make.
Here are the ingredients and how to make them.

Ingredients: -400 ml of warm water
             -400 grams of tapioca flour
             -200 grams of wheat flour
             -salt to taste
             -pepper powder to taste
             -skewers to taste

Egg lining material: -4 eggs
                     -salt to taste
                     -pepper powder to taste

Supplementary material: -chili powder

Steps:
1)Put tapioca flour, flour, salt and pepper in a bowl. Mix all ingredients until evenly distributed.

2)Pour gradually into the mixture. Stir the aci mixture again. Take one teaspoon of aci dough, then make it round by hand.

3)Prepare a pan that has been filled with water with a little salt and oil. Bring it to a boil.

4)Add the dough circles to it, let it float. Remove and drain. Puncture all the cooked aci balls with a skewer. Set aside.

5)Pour oil into the pan, then heat it up first. Add the aci skewer to it and fry until half cooked.

6)While waiting to cook, beat the eggs with salt and pepper. Put the aci into the egg beaten, then fry again until cooked.

7)When it's done, I suggest adding the chili powder to make it taste better
